Hayato K. Mitsuishi, CEO

Hayato "Kevin" Mitsuishi moved to Los Angeles to pursue his career in entertainment and set out to bridge the gap between Hollywood and Japan. To help achieve this goal, he established Kevin's Entertainment in 2008.


Hayato's passion and expertise lie in leading business initiatives that bring the US and Japanese entertainment industries closer together. Having studied and worked in the US, Canada, and Japan, he saw an opportunity to connect the two industries with his experience. His clientele in both countries include major studios, ad agencies, talent agencies, and production companies.

Hayato is also an award winning film producer and talent manager.

Through his endeavors to promote mutual appreciation between Hollywood and Japan, Hayato co-founded the Japan Film Society, a 501c3 non-profit organization that introduces Japanese film and culture here in the US. As president, he leads the JFS to conduct events, screenings, and seminars. To further promote this cause, he founded LA EigaFest, an annual film festival showcasing the best of contemporary Japanese cinema for the mainstream American audience.

Hayato received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles and holds a BA in Business and Commerce from Keio University in Tokyo, Japan.
