Hayato K. Mitsuishi, CEO

Hayato "Kevin" Mitsuishi moved to Los Angeles to pursue his career in entertainment and set out to bridge the gap between Hollywood and Japan. Having studied and worked in the US, Canada and Japan, and in a major US studio, he saw an opportunity to connect the two industries with his experience and established Kevin’s Entertainment in 2008.

Hayato's passion and expertise lie in working with both the US and Japan to create and promote content that can be enjoyed by a global audience. His clientele in both countries include major studios, ad agencies, talent agencies, and production companies.

He also works with the Japanese government to take on broader initiatives such as implementing strategies to globalize the country's film industry.

Hayato is not only a producer, but also a manager whose clientele include actors and film directors. He is a proud member of the Talent Managers Association.

Through his endeavors to promote mutual appreciation between Hollywood and Japan, Hayato co-founded the Japan Film Society, a 501c3 non-profit organization that introduces Japanese film and culture here in the US. As president, he leads the JFS to conduct events, screenings, seminars, and LA EigaFest, an annual film festival showcasing the best of contemporary Japanese cinema for the mainstream American audience.

Hayato received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles and holds a BA in Business and Commerce from Keio University in Tokyo, Japan.
